Fredericks & Mae is the art/design team of Giovi Signorile and Gabriel Cohen, who founded their studio in 2007 with a shared love for materials, amid piles of feathers, thread, bamboo, ink, paint, and paper. Their collaborative practice produces lovingly crafted games and toys, objects that can be viewed as tools and rituals within "a material anthropology of objects with confused origins."
