Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please allow up to 15 days for your order to arrive.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. All addresses must have a person available to sign for the package.
In the event of a missing package, please track the order and contact a customer service representative at [email protected]. An investigation will be opened and actions will be taken once the investigation has been closed.
If you decide that you don't want to keep your purchase for any reason, you may simply send it back to us at the below address within 30 days of your purchase, and we will refund your credit card when we receive your item.

Please remember to include your packing slip. To receive a full refund, products must be returned in like-new condition in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items, Clothing and Apparel, and Posters are not returnable.
