In honor of Poster House's second anniversary, the museum commissioned letterpress printer Amos Kennedy to create a unique poster honoring the past, present, and future of the medium. Each layered design is different, combining words, names, and phrases related to poster-making. Amos Kennedy has over 50 works in the Poster House permanent collection and was the subject of the museum's first entry foyer exhibition. He remains one of the country's foremost Black designers.
Please note that letterpress printing is a highly personal process, resulting in each design being slightly different. Colors will vary from magenta to emerald, saffron to cyan and everything in between. No two are alike and we cannot guarantee color preferences when shipping.
