A limited edition series of letterpress posters by Amos Kennedy in conjunction with We Tried to Warn You! Environmental Crisis Posters, 1970–2020, on view at Poster House from September 28, 2023–February 25, 2024.
Amos Kennedy's poster Rise for Climate, Jobs and Justice, 2018, is featured in the exhibition and over 50 of his works are held in the Poster House permanent collection. Kennedy is a letterpress printer known for his iconoclastic, typographically driven designs, frequently promoting Black cultural events in the rural South.
