An exclusive magnetic bookmark featuring The Last Flight, 1929, by Vladimir Stenberg and Georgii Stenberg.

The Stenberg Brothers are responsible for creating much of the visual language of Constructivism, an aesthetic rebuke to the organic lines of the Belle Époque and a reflection of a modern preoccupation with technology. Harsh diagonals and bold colors were intended to jar viewers and demand attention. This design promotes the film The Last Flight, a story of a circus troupe stranded in a remote location by the events of the 1917 Russian Revolution. Soviet artists were rarely able to see a film before designing its poster, relying entirely on a plot description, film stills, or just a title when conceiving a design.
