Max Bill Poster - Variation 12

Availability: In stock

From 1935-1938 Max Bill created “Fifteen Variations on a Single Theme”. Variation 1 created in 1935 sets the modular rules, or as Bill states, “defined limits” for the subsequent variations to follow. Variation 12 created in 1938, transcends the original form and layers the original colors to produce a lambent dance of simultaneous color contrast. This series is authorized by the Max Bill Foundation, and faithfully reproduced to the original lithograph color.
