Julian Alexander: HOME, 2021

Availability: In stock

NYCxDESIGN's second An Ode to NYC poster campaign prompted designers to consider "Our Future City." These posters are featured in a city-wide exhibit and are available for sale exclusively at Poster House. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Silicon Harlem, a local organization committed to promoting digital equity across the five boroughs.

HOME by Julian Alexander of Slang Inc. HOME is a detail of the SUPREMACY: WHO PROTECTS ME FROM YOU? installation that went up in Brooklyn in the summer of 2020. The work was defaced and restored by opponents and supporters of its original message. The word home was added in Morse code to give context to the polarity that exists in our cities, country, and world. The original work evolved into a living dialogue. This piece was created to continue the conversation.

Printed on an HP 6-Color Latex Ink machine on HP Semi-Matte 9-Mil Premium Poster Paper. Measures 24 x 18 inches, individually cut by hand. Ships rolled.

We apologize but this poster is not eligible for promotional discounts due to an agreement with NYCxDESIGN.
